Mrs. Demirok is an associate specialized in, privatization, Capital Markets/ Securities, especially M&A, public offering, real estate investment trust, Project finance and investment funds. In addition, Mrs. Demirok specialzing in area of loan agreements and other finance transactions.

Mrs. Demirok has served as a legal counsel in various, corporate finance and project finance works , securitization, joined loan talks related to miscellaneous financial loan agreements.

 

Mrs. Demirok has served as a legal counsel various initial public offering projects, project finance works, foreign funding to different Turkish Companies.

 

Mrs. Demirok recently has founding senior partner of Nart Law Office, prior to her established Nart Law Office, Mrs. Demirok served as a Legal Counsel in Orion Investments and Securities Co., Global Investment Holding, Kent Investments and Securities Co. , Meksa  Investments and Securities Co.,  Anadolu Investments and Securities Co. and  Finansbank Co. In these companies she executed various initial public offering projects (E.g. Şeker Piliç Co. and Dimes Co.) different corporate finance projects (E.g. issue bonds for Global Investment Holdings, Project Finance Credits) She joined in funding works and establishment of a new Real Estate Investment Trust Company.
